What Make Turbine Rotor Stuck

There are more and more cars with turbocharger in the market. The turbocharger can improve the intake of engine air. And so as to improve the power and torque of main engine. Cars are more dynamic. When drivers use these cars, they had better get more knowledge of turbocharger. The more the better.

Little people know why does the turbine rotor stuck. In fact, there are following factors that cause stuck. The oil pressure may be too low. If the joint of oil inlet pipe is loosen or leakage will make the turbine rotor and bushing stuck. So people should tighten the clamping sleeve and screw sleeve of pipe joint. Certainly drivers must change the oil and oil filter in time. Dirty oil will make the oil hole of bushing blockage. If drivers often start the engine emergency or stop engine suddenly, that also will make the turbine rotor stuck.

Compared to cars with normal engine which is in naturally aspirated engine, cars with turbocharger are in higher maintenance cost. Turbine driven by the exhaust gas has very high rotating speed while working. It needs oil with high quality to come true the lubrication and cooling.
